- Bright dip - strong acid solution - removal of surface roughness by heavy etching which is suppress to micro-smoothing/levelling the surface to reflectivity.
- Electropolishing - acid or alkaline solution - micro or macro smoothing process by Voltage/Amps.
- Acid etch - weak acid solution - less removal of aluminum than with alkaline etching, hiding imperfections easier.
Adding value in the Anodizing process
When anodizing the common way you will get a beautiful, corrosion and abrasive resistant surface on the aluminum part. It could be colored or just clear anodized, obtain a matt finish but other process steps could ad further value to the anodized part.
